What is and why Pre-natal Yoga (Pregnancy Yoga)

Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful and challenging process which every woman has to pass through. It’s a life transforming experience for a woman. Practicing pre-natal yoga not only helps the mother in working towards making the pregnancy and delivery process easier but also affects the baby in a very healthy and positive way. Every woman wishes to stay fit and in shape and do what can be best for the baby. Prenatal yoga is an amazing way to do the both. Pregnant women, whether they are new to yoga or experienced practitioner, can benefit from yoga in the company of other pregnant women.

A pregnancy is divided into trimesters, each lasting three months. As your baby and belly grows you need to make suitable adaptations to your yoga practice.Whether you are a yoga practitioner or a teacher this course will teach you how to make the appropriate adaptations to yours or your student’s yoga practice.
