Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training (50 Hours)

In this training course, you’ll study the what’s, why’s and how’s of Yin Yoga.
You will learn that what we practice is very important but how we practice  is even more important. In Yin Yoga, we position our body in a particular pose and then let go of all muscular efforts and surrender to the floor for gravity to do the work. By doing so we relax our muscles and apply moderate stress to the deepest layers of connective tissues of the body -tendons, fascia, and ligaments- improving the health and mobility of joints.

Our 50-hour Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course provides all the tools, resources and knowledge you need to deepen your practice and to start teaching Yin Yoga to others. The functional approach of the course -based on skeletal variations and uniqueness of each and every practitioner- provides a renewed perspective of the yoga asanas.

Our online yin yoga teacher training course is taught by Eli Aguilar, Founder Sampoorna Yoga, Costa Rica. This course is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to teach yin yoga classes to an individual or a group. Here are the course details:

• You will be given access to the course  two days before your course start date.
• Our courses are hosted in one of the best online educational platforms and highly recommended by Yoga Alliance.
• You will have lifetime access to all the course material including the yoga teacher training manual, pre-recorded classes, and recordings of the live sessions.
• In the first section of the course, you will find important information such as the timetable and links of live sessions, study guide, YTTC manual, important emails, and others.
• You can study at your own rhythm and pace.
• Although you will have lifetime access to the course, you should finish the course within one year from the start date.
• You can clarify your doubts during the live Q&A sessions or leave them in the comment section of the respective lectures in the online platform. The teacher will reply them within a day or two.
• You can download and print all the resources in PDF format. The videos can be watched only on the e-learning platform.

EXAM

To complete the course, there is a multiple-choice theory test you need to clear within one year from the start date of the course.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Certificate which can be registered with Yoga Alliance USA as CEPs.
