About The Course:

Ayurveda is an ancient health and healing branch of knowledge which is wholistic and predominantly preventive. It is at least 3000 year old proven knowledge. Ayurveda takes care of health, healing, rejuvenation, prevention and cure.

Meditation needs no introduction. Its a process of re-training ourselves to a) improve focus, b) improve relaxation, c) unwind stress, d) attract right things and people into life and e) improve mindfulness and spiritual development.

This course gives the fundamentals of Ayurveda, understanding Vata, Pitta and Kapha. About diets which influence these Doshas. How to diagnose ones own Dosha and Ayurvedic cooking and some recipes. This course teaches fundamentals of Meditation, different ancient and modern techniques, and time to practice them.

Veena Sudhir is into Meditation and Ayurveda for more than 20 years. By profession she was into computer software, library sciences and applied psychology. By passion, she got naturally pulled into Meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki and Pranic healing. She is associated with Sri Ramanashram, Tiruvannamalai for around 30 years and has spent many years studying, as well as full-time meditation and healing practices.




Sudhir Rishi is into the field of Yoga, meditation, philosophy and Ayurveda consistently for the last 23 years. He also lived as a Monk for 8 years. He has taught around 50 x batches of 200hr and 300hr YTTCs, teaching a few thousand students from all over the world. He travels to several countries conducting workshops and retreats.

9.15 AM to 10:00 AM  Pranayama & Meditation
10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Breakfast
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM  Ayurveda
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Lunch Break
3:00 PM to 4:30 PM  Meditation
5:00 PM to 6:00 PM  Asana Practice / Ayurveda or Meditation activity
7:00 PM Dinner
7.45 PM to 8:45 PM Satsang (Tuesday & Thursday)

Sampoorna Yoga's 200/300/500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) are registered with Yoga Alliance USA/Canada and Yoga Alliance UK. Students who will be certified from our school will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT 200/500 (Registered Yoga Teacher).
