Our 100-hour Hatha and Yin Yoga Training Course offers a comprehensive and enriching experience, condensed into just 14 days. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our program provides the perfect opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the practices of Hatha and Yin Yoga, fostering a deeper understanding in a focused and intensive setting.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS COURSE?

This 100-hour yoga teacher training program seamlessly integrates with our 200-hour Hatha & Yin YTTC, offering participants the opportunity to learn alongside each other. Classes will be shared between participants of both courses.

The course spans 14 days, inclusive of check-in and check-out. Participants have the option to choose a slightly shorter duration if necessary.

Your schedule mirrors that of the 200-hour YTTC trainees, operating from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm daily, except for weekends.

Each day, your participation is strongly encouraged in the following classes:

  • Morning asana classes featuring Hatha Yoga
  • Afternoon Yin Yoga practices.
  • Pranayama and meditation sessions.

OPTIONAL CLASSES INCLUDE:

  • Engaging discussions on Hatha yoga philosophy.
  • Workshops on alignment and hands-on adjustments.
  • Insightful classes on yoga anatomy.

Please note: Student Teaching sessions are exclusively reserved for 200hr YTTC students, providing you with free time during these periods to pursue additional activities or indulge in moments of relaxation.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of our course, participants receive a 100-hour certificate of participation. If you are already a qualified 200-hour Yoga Teacher from any style or school, you can register this certificate with Yoga Alliance USA as Continuing Education Providers (CEPs). (Note: This certificate of participation does not certify you as a yoga teacher.)

  • Airport transfers: Available at INR 2400-3000 depending upon type of the taxis, and the airport of arrival.
  • Check-in: From 2pm onwards on the course start date.
  • Check-out: At 2pm (after lunch) on the second Saturday of the 200hr course.
  • Orientation meetings: Are held at 5pm on the course start date.

  2. Booking amount: Once accepted in the course you will be asked to pay a non-refundable but transferrable booking fee of €200 via Stripe. Your place on the course will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit amount. This fee will be adjusted in your total course fee.
  3. Remaining Balance: Upon arrival at Sampoorna yoga, Goa by cash, debit or credit card.
