Sampoorna Yoga Bali will start operating from the serene setting of Karang Lila Bhuana resort in Ubud. While we start here, we're actively exploring a permanent location that align perfectly with our vision.

Our dining experience at Sampoorna Yoga Bali is distinctive; it neither follows a buffet nor an à la carte format. Instead, we offer a set meal plan that ensures a diverse culinary experience every day. Our menu features a wide array of Balinese and international dishes, with ample choices to accommodate various dietary preferences. Whether you prefer vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, or egg-free options, we strive to cater to your needs to the best of our ability. Please note that while we aim for variety, certain limitations may apply based on practical considerations.

At Sampoorna Yoga Bali, we understand the importance of accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies. While we offer lactose-free and gluten-free options, our team is also happy to customize meals to suit your specific needs if you're allergic to other ingredients. It's essential to note that we operate from a single kitchen where all preparations take place. While we make every effort to assist guests with multiple allergies, we cannot guarantee complete avoidance of cross-contamination. In cases of severe allergies, we recommend consulting with your doctor before joining us to ensure your safety and well-being.

In Bali, our maximum group size typically ranges from 16 to 20 participants.

Our teaching team consists of some of our lead teachers from the esteemed Sampoorna India team (Disha, Preet, Vishu, Deepak, Eli). As we establish our presence in Bali, we will gradually integrate a dedicated team of teachers, each possessing extensive experience and knowledge in yoga instruction.

The weather in Bali is generally pleasant year-round. It typically avoids extremes, with temperatures neither too hot nor too rainy, providing a comfortable environment for your stay.

Bali offers a wealth of captivating activities. We'll arrange optional weekend excursions to iconic destinations such as the mesmerizing rice fields, enchanting temples, majestic waterfalls, vibrant fire dances, and much more. Additionally, you can conveniently coordinate your own personalized tours through the hotel's concierge service.

To reach Sampoorna Yoga Bali, you'll need to fly into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport (DPS). Once you land, you can take a taxi directly to our location.

Sampoorna Yoga is approximately 40 km away from Bali International Airport. Travel time can vary from 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions. Typically, taxi rides take less than two hours during quieter periods such as late evening, night, or early mornings, and may extend beyond two hours during daytime congestion.

It's very easy, safe, and convenient to hail a cab at the airport. Booking a cab from any agent or kiosk inside the airport ensures you'll receive a very fair price. You can also directly request assistance from the hotel concierge to book a taxi for you. Upon joining the course, we'll provide you with their WhatsApp contact number via email, along with detailed instructions. The hotel typically charges approximately 30-35 euros for airport pickup. (Please note that all payments in Bali are made in Indonesian Rupiah.)

While it's convenient, we suggest exchanging only a small amount necessary for your taxi fare. It's important to note that exchange rates at the airport tend to be less favorable compared to other locations.

For convenience, you can purchase a SIM card at the airport upon arrival. However, if you prefer, there are also numerous shops in Ubud where you can acquire one. It's worth mentioning that reliable Wi-Fi is available at most establishments throughout Ubud.

The Wi-Fi connection at the resort is quite good.

Sampoorna Yoga is approximately 3.7 km from the renowned Ubud palace, a journey of less than 10 minutes by scooter or taxi. Additionally, our venue offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the center. Scooters are widely considered the most convenient and fastest mode of transportation in Bali. You can easily rent a scooter from various locations or book a ride through popular ridesharing apps such as Gojek and Grab. Taxis are also readily available for your convenience.

Yes, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets in the vicinity of the center.

We advise consulting with your doctor first or making an informed decision based on your health condition. While yoga encompasses more than just physical postures, if you feel confident in managing your condition or injury, we're happy to welcome you to the course. Our teachers can offer guidance, but please note that we are not therapist and cannot assume any responsibility for your condition, or your personal practice.
