PRE-REQUISITES
- Having a 200-hour yoga certification from a school endorsed by the Yoga Alliance is recommended but not necessary.
- If you are a dedicated, long-time yoga practitioner without formal teacher training, you are warmly encouraged to enroll in the course to enhance your understanding and skills. In this scenario, upon successfully completing the program, you will receive a 50-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate of participation. Please note that this certificate may not be eligible for registration with the Yoga Alliance, and it does not authorize you to instruct yoga to others.

ONLINE METHODOLOGY
- Access to the online yoga teacher training course will be granted two days before the course commences. This early access allows you to familiarize yourself with the platform, and you can address any questions during the Welcome Session.
- Our courses are hosted on one of the premier online educational platforms, widely endorsed by the Yoga Alliance.
- You will enjoy unlimited access to all course materials, including the yoga teacher training manual and pre-recorded yoga
- In the initial section of the course, you will discover vital information such as the schedule, links to live sessions, study guides, the YTTC manual, essential emails, and more.
- You have the flexibility to study at your own pace and rhythm.
- While you will have lifelong access to the 50-hour Advanced Sequencing Vinyasa teacher training course, it is advisable to complete the yoga program within one year from the start date. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from finishing within a year, you may request a complimentary extension.
- For addressing any queries, we strongly encourage your participation in as many Live Q&A sessions as possible. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to interact directly with your instructors.
- All resources can be downloaded and printed in PDF format. However, video content can only be viewed on the e-learning platform.
THE CURRICULUM
This course places significant emphasis on Vinyasa yoga practice and the principles of Vinyasa Flow sequencing. The anatomical focus will center on reviewing the fundamental concepts of yoga anatomy.

EXAM
CERTIFICATION
Upon successfully finishing the online 50-hour Advanced Sequencing Vinyasa Yoga teacher training course and passing the examination, you will be awarded a 50-hour certificate accredited by the Yoga Alliance. These hours can also serve as Continuing Education Points (CEPs) if you are currently a certified 200-hour or 500-hour yoga teacher.
